Same-Day Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Packaging & Handling

All peptides are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy. Products requiring temperature control are shipped with insulated packaging and cold packs during warmer months to maintain peptide stability and integrity.

• Lyophilized peptides are packaged in sealed glass vials with tamper-evident caps.
• Each shipment includes the corresponding certificate of analysis (COA).
• Packages include proper handling instructions and storage recommendations.

A tracking number is emailed within 2 hours of order processing. You can track your shipment using the carrier's tracking system or by contacting our support team at [email protected].

International Shipping

CertPeptides currently ships within the United States only. We are evaluating international shipping options and expect to expand coverage in the future. Please contact us for international inquiries.

Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not match its certificate of analysis, we will provide a full replacement or refund.

Eligible Returns

• Damaged or defective products (report within 48 hours of delivery)
• Incorrect items shipped (wrong product or quantity)
• Products that fail to meet stated purity specifications

Non-Eligible Returns

• Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or used
• Orders returned without prior authorization (RMA required)
• Change-of-mind returns on correctly fulfilled orders

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our support team at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Provide your order number, photos of the product/packaging, and a description of the issue.
3. Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 24 hours.
4. Ship the product back using the prepaid label we provide (for eligible returns).
5. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
